Ethics and Transparency Line
ESSI is committed to actively involving stakeholders, ESSI offers the communication channel for internal and external stakeholders, in which they can report suspicious behavior or those that are considered incorrect performed by a collaborator of the organization.
The ethical line is served by the compliance officer. Once the cases have been received, registered and classified, they are managed by the sustainability committee under confidentiality parameters and principles described in the Instructions of the Ethics Line of ESSI S.A.S.
What can be reported?
- Through the channel, suppliers, customers and third parties in general can report activities or behaviors considered contrary to the Law, the code of ethics of ESSI - OTGH-01 and any dishonest behavior.
- Any irregular or fraudulent conduct that includes conflict of interest, bad accounting practices, bribery, abuse of power, workplace harassment, theft or breach of the duty of confidentiality, among others.
- In the communication channel it is also possible to solve ethical queries or dilemmas.
