Designed for the aseptic conditioning of liquids treated by UHT sterilization processes, the ESSI A2 Aseptic Packaging Machine is an intelligent solution that has 2 production heads, each with a packaging capacity from 200 ml to 1,000 ml.
It has a sterile closed enclosure in which all the active parts that determine the forming, filling and sealing operations of the sachet are grouped, ensuring aseptic conditions throughout production. Likewise, the packaging material is sterilized prior to contact with the product.
This equipment includes an Automatic CIP that guarantees its proper cleaning and at the same time has a remote connection via Ethernet.

Formulated mainly to guarantee the conservation of the microbiological and physicochemical characteristics of products to be packaged, such as ultra-pasteurized milk and long life.
The ESSI A2 Aseptic Packaging Machine consists of two heads, each with independent operation, which share the same asepsis condition and are adapted to pack units from 200 ml to 1000 ml, taking into account the in-line product supply capacity; either directly from a sterilizer or fed from an aseptic tank. For this reason it is enabled to perform operations at variable speeds on each head.
The ESSI A2 Aseptic Packaging Machine has three main processes:
- Cleaning process: carried out internally (CIP) and externally (COP) ensures the removal of all dirt deposited on a given surface.
- Sterilization process: after the cleaning process, all types of existing microorganisms are removed on a perfectly clean surface. In addition, it is important to know the importance of prior cleaning before performing sterilization.
- Packing process: packaging of liquid products ensuring their commercial sterility and nutritional value; these can be marketed at room temperature.
